Matthew Aaron Poole

Matthew Aaron Poole, age 28, of Carnesville, Georgia, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018. Matthew was born on July 3, 1989, in Gainesville, Georgia, to Terry and Angela Poole of Carnesville, Georgia. He was a member of Charity Baptist Church. Matthew was a loving father, husband, brother, and son. In addition to his parents, survivors include his loving wife of 3 ½ years, Shawna Fisher Poole of Carnesville; daughter, Maya Fisher of Carnesville; sister and brother-in-law, Kaitlyn Poole Lewallen and Justin of Commerce; brother, Brandon Poole of Carnesville; and nieces, Chloe Poole and Paisley Lewallen. Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 pm on Thursday, February 8, 2018, at Charity Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Wednesday, February 7, 2018, at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, Georgia.
