Marianne Elizabeth Alexander, age 29, of Columbus, Georgia, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2017. Marianne was born on October 27, 1987, in Dunwoody, Georgia. She was employed with Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Patient Contact Representative. Marianne was a member of Grace-Calvary Episcopal Church. Survivors include her father, Allen Thomas Alexander, Cornelia, GA; mother, Judy Ricketson, Canton, GA; sister, Wendy Alexander, Buford, GA; brother, Matthew Alexander, Flowery Branch, GA; and grandfather, Thomas P. Alexander, Marietta, GA. A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 21, 2017, at Grace-Calvary Episcopal Church with Father Sam Buice officiating.
