Xiengnoi Phorsavath

XIENGNOI PHORSAVATH, age 70, of Cornelia, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday September 3, 2014. Mr. Phorsavath was born on January 5, 1944 in Laos to the late Souk and Chanthy Phorsavath. He was a member of the Wat Lao Buddha Sattha Dhamma Temple. Mr. Phorsavath served as a Sergeant in the Laotian Armed Forces. He was a retired employee of Mt. Vernon Mills with several years service. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Bounthanth Phorsavath; Daughters Phoutthavananh Phorsavath of Duluth, GA, Amphone Phorsavath of Cornelia; Son Souvannarath Phorsavath of Cornelia; sisters Somchanh Phorsavath and Phou Phorsavath of Laos, and Tim Tenakoun of Nashville, Tennessee; Grandchildren Kayleen Xaysombath, Ryu Xaysombath, and Olivia Saycocie. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, September 6, 2014, at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, Georgia with the Wat Lao Buddha Sattha Dhamma Temple Association officiating.
