William W. Nowell

WILLIAM W. NOWELL, age 76, of Demorest, Georgia, died Thursday, September 28, 2006 at a private care facility. Mr. Nowell was born on June 7, 1930 in DeKalb County, Georgia to the late Sidney Glenn, Sr. and Maidelle Nowell. In addition to his parents, Mr. Nowell was preceded in death by his brother, Barry Nowell. He was a United States Army Korean Conflict veteran. Mr. Nowell was of the Baptist faith and was a draftsman with Simons - Eastern with over 30 years of service. Survivors include: his daughters: Beth L. Dalton, Toccoa, GA; Kathryn Jackson, Indiana; his sister-in-law: Mrs. Hilda Nowell, Macon, GA; Niece: Della Nowell and family, Macon, GA; his brother: Sidney Glenn Nowell and family, Conyers, GA; his grandchildren, Kelly Jackson and Alex Jackson. Mr. Nowell's wishes were to be cremated. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to his grandchildren's college fund, 2371 Water Wheel Drive, Greenfield, IN 46140.
