William Franklin Fitzpatrick

WILLIAM FRANKLIN FITZPATRICK, age 70, of Cornelia, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 following an extended illness. Mr. Fitzpatrick was born on November 14, 1944 in Ila, Georgia to the late J. D. and Frances Louise Seagraves Fitzpatrick. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Lamar and Lorian Fitzpatrick and his sisters, Judy Standridge and Betty Fitzpatrick. Mr. Fitzpatrick was a member of the Baldwin Baptist Church. He was a retired over the road truck driver with 44 years of loyal and dedicated service. Survivors include: his wife: Beatrice Fitzpatrick, Cornelia, GA; his daughter and son-in-law: Cathy and Ronnie Long, Cornelia, GA; his sisters: Bonnie Hensley, Commerce, GA; Mary Ann Bonds, Ila, GA; his brothers: Weldon Fitzpatrick, Opp, AL; Phillip Fitzpatrick, Commerce, GA; his grandchildren: Amy Adams and fiancé, Malcom Myers; Amber Long and fiancé, Andy Alexander; his great-grandchildren: Koen Alexander and Addison Myers.
