VICKIE LOIS PAINTER FOSTER, age 75, of Baldwin, Georgia, passed away on Monday, November 10, 2014. Mrs. Foster was born in Dawson County, Georgia to the late William Roosevelt Painter and Grace Ellen Whitmire Painter. She had 33 years of service with Mt. Vernon Mills. She is preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers, and one sister. Survivors include her husband, Gerald Foster, Baldwin, GA; daughters, Teresa Irvin, Alto, GA, Joel and Lynn Stewart, Cornelia, GA, Michael and Yvonne Gibby, Cleveland, GA; three sisters; two brothers; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren. No Formal Services will be held at this time. The family will receive friends at the home, 223 Light St., Baldwin, GA 30511, Tuesday and Wednesday.
