VICKIE LYNN BREWSTER BLACK, age 60, of Cornelia, Georgia, passed away on Friday, November 14, 2014. Ms. Black was born on August 26, 1954 in New Mexico to the late Charley Brewster and Evelyn Everton Brewster. She was a member of Baldwin Baptist Church and was employed with Waffle House for the past 10 years. She is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law Chastity and Jonathan Nix, Gainesville, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Janet Brewster Helseth and Lowery Helseth, Youngsville, NC; brother, Millard Brewster, Gainesville, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Mitchell Brewster and Connie Brewster, Mt. Airy, GA; grandchildren, Mary Grace Nix and Olivia Nix. Graveside services are scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 16, 2014 at Baldwin City Cemetery with Dr. Tom Smiley and Dr. Jerry Gill officiating.
