Verona Frankum Jones

VERONA FRANKUM JONES, age 71, of Clarkesville, GA, died Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at Lanier Park Hospital. Mrs. Jones was born on October 3, 1935 in Habersham County, Georgia to the late Frank Lloyd, Sr. and Lucy Eller Frankum. She was a member of the Clarkesville Baptist Church. Survivors include: her husband, Bobby Jones, Clarkesville, GA; her children: Terry and Donald Hendrix, Clarkesville, GA; Tracy and Mike Dorsey, Cleveland, GA; Kelly and Mike Rhoades, Cleveland, GA; Randy and Sandy Jones, Cornelia, GA; Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law: Ray and Peggy Taylor, Clarkesville, GA; Brother: Lloyd Frankum, Jr., Idaho Falls, ID; Brothers and sisters-in-law: James and Jean Frankum, Demorest, GA; Doug and Linda Frankum, Demorest, GA; Paul and Virginia Frankum, Clarkesville, GA; Grandchildren: Alicia and Amanda Hendrix, Adriane Dorsey, Miranda and Ryan Jones, Julia, Zachary, Nathan, and Abigail Rhoades. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 29, 2006 at the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, with Rev. Grady Walden and **Rick Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday.
