Tillie Speich

TILLIE SPEICH, age 89, of Clarkesville, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2012. Mrs. Speich was born on February 26, 1923, in Germany; daughter of the late Joseph and Berta Breuer. She was of the Catholic faith and a member of St. Mark Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband, Felix Speich, Clarkesville, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Gisela and Don Brooks, Decatur, GA and Gerda and Darrol Dale, Suwanee, GA; grandchildren, Michael Brooks and Tracy Strickland; and great-grandchildren, Bo Strickland and Vivian Strickland. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 22, 2012, at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, Georgia, with Rev. Gary Roche officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mark Catholic Church, 540 Georgia Highway 197 South, Clarkesville, Georgia 30523.
