Terry Lee Lisk

TERRY LEE LISK, age 56, of Demorest, GA died Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at the residence following an extended illness. Mr. Lisk was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 27, 1952. He was preceded in death by his father, Roderick Layne Lisk. He was a member of Northside Community Church. Mr. Lisk was a United States Army and Army National Guard veteran having served his country during the Vietnam Conflict and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He worked diligently with the Habersham EMA, The S.O.A.R team, and the H.A.R.T team. Mr. Lisk was formerly employed with local municipalities. Survivors include: his mother, Amelia B. Lisk, Wilmington, Ohio; his daughter and son-in-law: Tasha and Ike LaPrade, Demorest, GA; his son: Joseph Lisk, Birmingham, AL; his sisters: Lelina Burns, Midland, Ohio; Melody Manka, Bartlett, IL; his brother: Louie Lisk, New Vienna, Ohio; two grandchildren: Chandler & Couper LaPrade. Memorial services will be held at a later date in Wilmington, OH. Arrangements are in the care of the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, GA
