STEVEN A. LOEFFLER, age 44, of Cornelia, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 after battling brain cancer for 4 ½ years. He was a godly example and loving father to his 5 children. He was a wonderful husband to his wife of 23 years. He was a loving and compassionate pastor and friend to many. Pastor Loeffler was born on June 13, 1969, in Pasadena, California. He was a Pastor, having ministered at Grace Covenant Baptist Church, Gainesville, Georgia and Broad River Baptist Church, Baldwin, Georgia. Survivors include his wife, Lisa A. Loeffler; Parents, Barry and Lanay Loeffler; daughters, Larissa Loeffler, Christina-Mae Loeffler, Rebecca-Rose Loeffler, Katrina Loeffler; son, Timothy Loeffler; sister, Jeanine Fuller. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at Camp Creek Baptist Church (1761 Camp Creek Road. Cornelia, Georgia, 30531) with Rev. Kevin Jarrard, Rev. Chris Hammock, Rev. Murray Brett, and Rev. Ray Rhodes officiating. Interment will follow in the Camp Creek Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-9 p.m. on Monday, June 9, 2014.
