Souphonh Phetmixay

Souphonh Phetmixay, age 72, of Cornelia, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2016. Mr. Phetmixay was born in Vientiane, Laos, on March 29, 1943. He was retired from Mt. Vernon Mills with fifteen years of service. Survivors include his wife, Thongsy Phetmixay, Cornelia, GA; daughters, Soumaly Phetmixay, Latsamy Sinboualay, Sengchanh Mounsy, Sengmany Homsombath, Phouhong Phetmixay, Joann Phetmixay; son, Hounkeo Phetmixay; fourteen grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, Georgia with the Monks from the Wat Lao Buddhist Temple officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 15, 2016 at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, Georgia.
