Ruth Teal Jacobi

Ruth Teal Jacobi, age 76 of Cornelia, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2015. Mrs. Jacobi was born on August 27, 1939 in Williamsburg, Virginia, to the late Everett A. and Olive Kiser Teal. Mrs. Jacobi was a member of First Baptist Church Gainesville, where she was a member of the choir and a member of the Seekers Sunday School Class. She was an Elementary teacher for the past 30 years. Mrs. Jacobi was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years, Jack Jacobi, Cornelia, GA; sons and daughters-in-law, John and Lori Jacobi, Scottsdale, AR, Craig and Lisa Jacobi, Acworth, GA, Jim and Melissa Jacobi, McKinney, TX; brother, Tom Teal, Breckenridge, CO; ten grandchildren. Memorial Services are scheduled for 10:00 am Friday, November 13, 2015 at First Baptist Church Chapel, Gainesville, Georgia, with Dr. Bill Coates officiating. A reception will follow the service.
