Roarke Allyn Phillips, age 61, of Conyers, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished moments.
Mr. Phillips was born on June 19, 1962 in Sacramento, California to the late Allyn Ray Phillips and Joan Phillips. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his aunt, Celeste Snavely. Roarke was a man who embraced life with a passion for the outdoors and a heart full of love for his family and friends. Born with a zest for adventure, he found joy in playing tennis, hunting, and fishing. The great outdoors held a special place in his heart, providing the backdrop for many cherished moments throughout his life.
A true jester at heart, Roarke was known for his infectious sense of humor that could brighten any room. His laughter echoed through the lives of those fortunate enough to share in his company. Roarke effortlessly forged friendships, making a lasting impact on everyone he met. His ability to connect with others and bring joy to their lives was a testament to the genuine and caring soul he possessed. His legacy is one of warmth, kindness, and the enduring bonds he forged with his loved ones.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his loving companion, Teresa Sinclair, of Conyers; son, Allyn Phillips; daughter, Briana Phillips; son, Chase Phillips; son, Derick Phillips; brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Jodi Phillips; step-daughter and step-son-in-law, Megan and Andrew Roebuck; step-daughter, Morgan Kitchens; grandchildren, Liam Beard and Lucas Roebuck; uncle, George Davig; cousins, Debra Hughes, Pam Schell, William Allyn, Russ Allyn, and Uncle Pete
A Private Family Memorial Service will be held in Helen, Georgia.
