Regina Shirley Eller Sumpter, age 53 of Demorest, Georgia passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2016 following an extended illness. Mrs. Sumpter was born in Atlanta, Georgia on May 31, 1963 to Shirley Newkirk Eller of Demorest, Georgia and the late Charles Eller. She was also preceded in death by one sister: Rita Eller. She was employed as a caregiver with Magnolia Hills, Demorest, Georgia. Survivors include, in addition to her mother, her husband, Terry Sumpter, Demorest, GA, a daughter, Ashley Sumpter, Demorest, GA, a son, Shane Sumpter, Demorest, GA, one sister: Angie Irvin, Mt. Airy, GA, and one brother: Keith Eller, Demorest, GA. Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
