Rebecca Lovell Anderson

Rebecca Lovell Anderson, age 79, of Clarkesville, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2015. Mrs. Anderson was born on August 11, 1936 in Rabun County, Georgia to the late Albert Frank and Araunah Morrison Lovell. She was a member of Glade Creek Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Truitt Anderson, grandson, Matthew Anderson, and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Patti and Corey Heumier, of Belgrade, MT; Kathy and Frank Pinheiro, of Arley, AL; son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Sylvia Anderson, of Mt. Airy; sister, Catherine Wallace, of Demorest; brothers, Lamar Lovell, of Taylorsville, NC; Jesse Lovell, of Gainesville; grandchildren, Marshall and Mandy Anderson, of Mt. Airy; Melissa and Tim Pace, of Clarkesville; Kelly and Brandon Richey, of Arley, AL; Quinn, Elliot, Adam, and Danya Heumier, all of Belgrade, MT; great-grandchildren, Matthew and Jamie Anderson; Zachary and Zekiel Pace; and Braxton Richey. Funeral Services are scheduled for 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Glade Creek Baptist Church with Glenn Edmonds officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, December 28, 2015 and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel.
