Rebecca Alexander Mccrackin

Rebecca Alexander McCrackin, age 83, of Homer, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, April 24, 2014. Mrs. McCrackin was born on December 21, 1930, in Atlanta, Georgia to the late John and Annie Ruth Pitman Alexander. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James A. McCrackin. Mrs. McCrackin was a retired elementary school teacher. She was a member of Homer Presbyterian Church. Survivors include her daughter, Jamie Throneberry, Young Harris, Georgia; son, Craig McCrackin, Homer, Georgia; sister, Joan Burke, Champaign, Illinois; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. No formal services are planned.
