Randy D. Yarber

RANDY D. YARBER, age 44, of Baldwin, GA died Friday, October 5, 2007 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness. Mr. Yarber was born in Hillsborough Co, FL on May 7, 1963. He was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Edward Yarber, Maternal Grandparents, Con and Mandy Vine Brock and Paternal Grandparents, Nell and Selma Yarber. He was a member of the Higher Ground Baptist Church. Mr. Yarber was a full time loving Granddad. Survivors include: his parents: William and Florence Payne of Baldwin, GA, Robert and Pat Yarber, Old Towne, FL; his daughter: Kendra Leeann Yarber, Baldwin, GA; his sons: Bruce Reid Cheek and Kevin Theo Wright, all of Baldwin, GA; his sisters: Rachel Sikes, Tampa, FL; Debbie Brown, Baldwin, GA; Wanda Crowe, Demorest, GA, Betty Ann Strout Morganton, GA, Norma Yarber, and Alice Yarber both of Tampa FL; his brother: Mitchell Payne, Demorest, GA, Kenny Yarber, Old Towne, FL; 7 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 8, 2007 from the Mt. View Baptist Church with Rev. James Harvey and Rev. Donnie Balenger officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. View Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin from 7 to 9 p.m. on Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday.
