Randall Henry Kiel Randall (Randy) passed away peacefully in his sleep at his residence in Demorest, GA on May 13, 2021. He was born on March 16, 1950 in Evergreen Park, Il to Henry Stanley and Lillian Mary Kiel. He is survived by his 5 younger siblings, Clifford Kiel, Macon, Ga. (Alison), Deborah Lassiter, Highlands, NC (Mark), Jeffrey Kiel, Gainesville, GA (DiAnn), Gary Kiel, Lawrenceville, GA (Lisa) and Wesley Kiel, Monument, CO (Deborah) and 11 nieces and nephews. Randy was a brilliant man and excelled academically and athletically. He graduated with a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Georgia and a Masters degree in Library Science from Georgia State University. Although he struggled with health issues from an early age, he lived his life devoted to his family, his love of music and sports, particularly baseball. He will always be remembered for his incredible memory, kind spirit and wonderful sense of humor. He will be interned at the Marco Island Catholic Church, Fl. alongside his parents. A service will be held on May 27, 2021 at St. John Paul II Catholic Mission in Gainesville, Ga.
