PAUL P. GUYNN, age 55, of Baldwin, Georgia, died Thursday, September 18, 2008, from an automobile accident. Mr. Guynn was born on January 15, 1953 in Hillsville, Virginia. He was of the Baptist faith and was a heavy equipment operator. Paul, along, with his wife, Gail, made up the group, "One Way" which was their ministry to Christ through music. Survivors include: his wife: Gail Guynn, Baldwin, Georgia; his parents: Curtis and Fredia Guynn, Mt. Airy, NC; his sons: Wesley Joyce, Baldwin, GA; Chris Guynn and Tim Guynn, both of Traverse City, MI; Phillip Guynn and Joey Joyce, both of Mt. Airy, NC; his sister: Darlene Rutherford, Mt. Airy, NC; his brothers: Marvin Guynn, Alto, GA; David Guynn, Mt. Airy, NC; Kevin Guynn, Mt. Airy, NC; Freddie Guynn, Lula, GA; Walter Guynn, Mt. Airy, NC; Terry Guynn, Mt. Airy, GA; 8 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 21, 2008 from the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, with Rev. Larry Dyer officiating. Interment will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens with Rev. Gene Todd officiating at the graveside. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 until 8 p.m. on Saturday.
