Patrick Moore

Patrick Moore, age 56, of Cornelia, Georgia passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021. Mr. Moore was born in Stephens County to the late John Alvin Moore and Jo Ann Williams Moore. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, John Casey Moore and brother-in-law, Mark Anthony Hicks.Mr. Moore was a musician, singer and song writer. He was also a former Staff Sargent of Habersham County Detention Center. He loved to hunt, fish, go camping, and the beach. He was also a member of Rehoboth Congregational Holiness Church, Lula, Ga. Survivors include his wife, Ann Moore, of Cornelia, son, Brian Casey Mooreof Cornelia, daughters, Abigale JoAnn Moore, Marquez Wheeler of Eastanollee, sons and daughter-in-laws,Jeromy Shay Moore and Kristy Medlock Moore of Mount Airy, Justin Patrick Moore and Melissa McCollum Lovell of Clarkesville, sister and brother-in-law , Lisa Moore Gibbsand Casey Loudermilk of Mount Airy, sister, Mollie Renee Hicks of Seneca, SC, grandchildren, Aidan and Maxwell Moore, Heidi Nichelle, Keller and Owen Moore, Avalon and Alaina Lovell. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, September 12, 2021 at the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel with Rev. Matthew Mote officiating. Interment will follow in the Eastview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, September 11, 2021.
