PATRICIA LYNN GARRISH FOSSIER, age 49, of Cornelia, GA passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2009. Mrs. Fossier was born in Hall County, GA on December 9, 1959. She was preceded in death by her mother, Tiny Violet Carney and her sister, Tony Grier. Mrs. Fossier was a Jehovah's Witnesses, a homemaker, and a business owner. Survivors include husband, Gregory Fossier, Cornelia, GA; father, William George Carney, Gainesville, GA; daughters, Brandy Lenae Duckworth, Lula, GA, Patricia Lynn Carpenter, Alexandria, AL, and Angela Desiree Vinson, Cornelia, GA; sons, Trinity Lee Dean, Demorest, GA and Nathan Lamar Myers, Cornelia, GA; sisters, Connie Laverne Butts, Gainesville, GA and Cora Dean, Demorest, GA; brother, Ricky Chistopher Carney, Gainesville, GA; 4 grandchildren, Arianne Nicholette Reed, Tori Duckworth, McCayla Vinson and Dustin Vinson. A celebration of life service will be held at 2:30 pm Sunday, September 20, 2009, at the Lula Rail Road Depot, Lula, GA.
