Patricia Ann Martin Horne

Ms. Patricia Ann Martin Horne passed away on September 16, 2021 at her residence. Pat was born July 29, 1952 to the late J.L. Martin and Mary Ruth Smith Martin. Ms. Horne worked a lifetime career in the medical field as a CNA, where she worked for North East Georgia Medical Center and several nursing homes. Pat made it a goal to always put others before herself and always enjoyed helping others as much as she could, she truly had a caregivers heart. Some of Ms. Horne's favorite things included shopping, her pets, going to the lake and being outside, but most of all she loved her granddaughter and her great-grandson. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by brothers Zachary Lee Martin and Michael Keith Martin. Ms. Pat Martin Horne is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Crystal Blackburn and Sanford Blackburn Jr. of Dacula, GA; son Benjamin Paul Horne of Macon, GA; granddaughter Hannah Baehr and Stephen Baehr, of Gainesville,GA; granddaughter Savannah Horne, of Albany, GA; great-grandson Luke Jacob Baehr, of Gainesville,GA; sister and brother-in-law Shelba and Glenn Bennett, of Mt. Airy,GA; sister and brother-in-law Judy and Gene Harkins, of Clermont, GA; sister and brother-in-law Donna and Daniel Carpenter, of Lula, GA as well as a great number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. A memorial service is scheduled for Sunday, September 19, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Whitfield Funeral Home South Chapel in Baldwin, Georgia. Rev. Michael Ferguson will be officiating the service. The Family will recieve friends on Sunday, September 19, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Whitfield Funeral Home South Chapel.
