OLIVIA R. DAVIS, age 92, of Lawrenceville, formerly of Bethlehem, GA passed away at a local personal care facility on Wednesday, April 13, 2016, following an extended illness. Mrs. Davis was born in Atlanta, GA on March 3, 1924 to the late James Roy and Myrtice Giles Reynolds. She was of the Presbyterian faith, and before retirement, Mrs. Davis had been employed with the Dekalb County Sheriff's Department. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Lee Davis. Mrs. Davis was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survivors include her children and their spouses; Wayne and Carolyn Davis of Bethlehem, Brenda D. and Ron Bonner of Lawrenceville, Kenneth A. and Margaret Davis of Auburn; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M., Monday, April 18, 2016 at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel with Pastor Ryan Jensen officiating. Interment will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 4:00 P.M., Sunday, April 17, 2016 at the funeral home.
