Noumanh Tenakoun Philavong, age 58, of Cornelia, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2020. Mrs. Philavong was born on April 11, 1962. She worked for Mt. Vernon Mills for over 35 years. Survivors include her husband, Nouck Philavong, of Cornelia; son, Johnny Philavong, of Cornelia; Christopher Tenakoun, of Cornelia.
