Mr. Nicholaus Ray "Nick" Loudermilk, age 31 of Alto, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2010. Born in Hall County, Georgia on October 07, 1978, Nick was a member of the B.C. Grant Baptist Church and had worked with All American Construction Company. He enjoyed listening to music, was a huge Jimmy Buffet fan, and was previously involved with the "Praise Band" at B.C. Grant Baptist Church. Nick also played church league softball with the Grace Calvary Episcopal Church Softball Team. Survivors include his mother, Linda L. Blackburn, Alto, GA; father, Ray Loudermilk, Demorest, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bart and Carisa Blackburn, Jason and Missy Blackburn, all of Alto, GA; grandparents, Paul and Laverne Loudermilk, Cornelia; Olene Loudermilk, Mt. Airy, GA; nieces, Madison and Brooke Blackburn; nephews, Caleb and Austin Blackburn; all of Alto, GA; aunts and uncles; best friend, Avery Jenkins and family; special friends, Mark Watson, Paul Arria, David Ledbetter, and Tony Owens. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at the B.C. Grant Baptist Church. The Rev. Doyal Conley and Mr. David Terrell will officiate. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the South Chapel in Baldwin from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that all memorial donations be made in memory of Nick Loudermilk to the Gideons International, Habersham South Camp, P.O. Box 195, Baldwin, Georgia 30511. The family is at the residence of his brother, Bart Blackburn.
