Neal Waters

NEAL WATERS, age 91, of Homer, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2013, after several years of declining health. Mr. Waters was born on November 25, 1921, in Orlando, Florida, to the late Lawrence and Donnie Brazell Waters. He retired from the Drummond Lumber Company and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his beloved wife, Frances Avent Waters, Homer, GA; daughters, Linda Mills, Sarasota, FL and Patsy Waters, Homer, GA; son, D. Michael Waters, Rogersville, MO; grandchildren, Dana Hollingsworth, Walter G. Mills, III, and Michael Waters, Jr.; and two great-grandchildren.
