Mildred Loudermilk Brewster

Mildred Loudermilk Brewster, age 82, of Mt. Airy, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016. Mrs. Brewster was born on March 10, 1934 in Habersham County, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Zelma Perry Loudermilk; sister, Evelyn Smith. Mrs. Brewster was a member of Camp Creek Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She was also a Para-pro with Demorest Elementary School and she managed Camp Creek Grocery for several years. Survivors include her loving husband of 63 years, Amos R. Brewster, of Mt. Airy; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Jeffrey Lowery, of Mt. Airy; son and daughter-in-law, Donnie and Kathy Brewster, of Gainesville; brother, Ray Loudermilk, of Gainesville; grandchild and spouse, Kylie Lowery and Andy Williamson; grandchildren, Nicholas Lowery, Dillon Brewster, Amberly Brewster, Ashlyn Brewster; great-grandchild, Ainsley Williamson. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 12, 2016 at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel with Rev. Terry Rice and Mr. Eddie Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Camp Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at the funeral home.
