Melinda Charlene Massey, age 35, of Cornelia, GA passed away, Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at the residence. Ms. Massey was born on August 4, 1973 in Hall County, GA. She was of the Congregational Holiness Faith. Ms. Massey was a Homemaker. Survivors include her parents, William H. "Bill" and Beulah Mae Massey, Alto, GA; daughters, Logan Massey, Cornelia, GA and Annalyse Massey, Cornelia, GA; son, Dalton Massey, Cornelia, GA; sister, Anita Thurmond, Gainesville, GA; brothers, Eric Massey, Gainesville, GA, Michael Massey, Clarkesville, GA and Brian Massey, Alto, GA. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 5, 2009, at the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, GA with Rev. Paul Flynn. Burial will follow in the Baldwin City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 - 8:00 p.m. Saturday, July 4, 2009 at the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, GA.
