Maxine Taylor Hart

MAXINE TAYLOR HART, age 72, of Cornelia, GA passed away Friday, December 4, 2009. Mrs. Hart was born in Habersham County, GA on October 11, 1937 to the late Lawrence C. Taylor and Rosalie Nix Taylor Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Archie Hart and her sister, Lenolia T. Ivie. Mrs. Hart was formerly employeed by Hames Trucking with several years of service. She attended the Demorest Church of God. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Freddie and Denise Hart, Cornelia, GA; sisters, Jewell Taylor Cason, Loganville, GA, Joyce Taylor Dalton, Argile, TX, Betty Taylor Ward, Ocala, FL, Rosalynne Taylor Mason, Alto, GA, Ruth Taylor Galloway, Baldwin, GA; brother, Michael Taylor, Jacksonville, FL; and 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 7, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, GA with Rev. Mitchell Evans officiating. Burial will follow in the Yonah CH Church Cemetery with Rev. Wes Davis officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 6, 2009, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, GA.
