Martha Jo Suggs

Martha Jo Suggs, age 47 of Cornelia, GA died Thursday, January 31, 2008 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, following her courageous battle with cancer. Ms. Suggs was born in Hall County, GA on March 18, 1960. She was preceded in death by her father, James Henry "Jake" Suggs. She attended New Life Fellowship Church and owned and operated Suggs Accounting Service. Survivors include, her mother, Opal Suggs, Cornelia, GA. Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Saturday, February 2, 2008 at the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, GA with Rev. Tracy Davidson officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Friday, February 1, 2008 at the funeral home. Arrangements are in the care of the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, GA.
