Martha Ann Robinson

MARTHA ANN ROBINSON, age 73, of Cornelia, GA, passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2010, following an extended illness. Mrs. Robinson was born in Banks County, GA, on September 5, 1936, to the late Clarence and Clara Bell Irvin Carlan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Dale Robinson, brothers, Alfred and James Carlan. Mrs. Robinson was the Owner of Ann's Florist in Baldwin, GA. She was a wife, mother, and grandmother that will be missed greatly not only by her family, but by the community as well. Survivors include husband of 57 years, Eugene Robinson, Cornelia, GA; daughter, Jane R. and Robert Sanders, McDonough, GA, brother, Herman Carlan, Clarkesville, GA, grandson, Robby Sanders, McDonough, GA. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. at the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, GA with Rev. Billy Burrell officiating. Interment will follow in the Yonah Memorial Gardens.
