MARK BENTLEY LEWALLEN, age 48, of Baldwin, Georgia passed away on Friday, November 21, 2014. Mr. Lewallen was born on March 24, 1966 in Commerce, Georgia to the late Ralph Kenley and Liza Mae Payne Lewallen. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Kenneth Lewallen, Milton Lewallen, Edward Lewallen, Roy Lewallen, and Tommy Lewallen. He was employed with the town of Mt. Airy as Public Works Director. Survivors include his wife, Kim Lewallen, Baldwin, GA; daughters, Amanda Wilson, Lula, GA; Tiffany Jaworski ,Baldwin, GA; daughter, Katee Lewallen, Baldwin, GA; sons, Joshua Lewallen, and Aaron Lewallen, Baldwin, GA; step-daughter Lauren Long Baldwin, GA; step-son, Blake Long, Baldwin, GA; sisters, Carol Wood, Lenora Simmons, Diane Poole, Nancy Simmons, Delois Poole, and Kathy Sheridan; brothers, Terry Lewallen, and Ralph Lewallen; five grandchildren: Paislee Wilson, Kaylee Wilson, Braxton Jaworski, Lacey Lewallen, and Mckenzee Lewallen. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., on Monday, November 24, 2014 at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, GA; with Rev. James Morgan officiating. Interment to follow in the B. C. Grant Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 23, 2014.
