Marilyn Cordia Williamson Austin

MARILYN CORDIA WILLIAMSON AUSTIN, age 66, of Cornelia, GA, died Monday, December 8, 2008. Mrs. Austin was born on April 16, 1942 in Sandy Springs, Georgia to the late John and Dorothy Flear Williamson. She was a United States Army veteran having earned the rank of First Lieutenant. Mrs. Austin was retired having served as a teacher, military officer, and later as a Registered Nurse. Survivors include: her son: T. J. Austin, Mt. Airy, GA; her brothers: Leon Williamson, Alabama; Charles Williamson, Florida. A Celebration of Life service will be held from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 20, 2008, at the residence of the son. WHITFIELD FUNERAL HOME, NORTH CHAPEL, DEMOREST, GEORGIA.
