Margaret Elizabeth Moore

MARGARET ELIZABETH MOORE, age 84, of Cornelia, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2015. Ms. Moore was born on August 18, 1930 in Demorest, Georgia to the late Luther and Lelia Stephens. She was a member of Living Faith Sanctuary, and was a retired Care-Taker. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death her daughter, Judith Humphries; brother, Wendell Stephens; and son-in-law, David Kacker. Survivors include daughters, Carole Kacker, of Cornelia; Libby York, of Peidmont, SC; daughters and son-in-laws; Barbara and Bernard Lerner, of Okeechobee, FL; Patricia and Tom Loewer, of Douglasville; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Jeannette Daniel, of Belgrade, MT; 15 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel with Pastor Olivia Christopherson and Rev. Morris Patrick officiating. Interment will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 2, 2015.
