Mae Morrison Wall

Mae Morrison Wall, age 94, of Clarkesville, GA passed away on Friday, June 11, 2010. Mrs. Wall was born in Habersham County on August 26, 1015. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Ora Barron Morrison. Mrs. Wall was preceded in death by her husband, Claude J. Wall, brothers, Joe, Mercer and Malcolm Morrison, sisters Ruth Bowen and Sallie English. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church and a member of the Senior Sunday School Class. Mrs. Wall retired from Fieldale Corporation with several years service. Survivors include sisters, Edith Williams, Suwanee, GA, and Betty Jean Taylor, Clarkesville, GA; brother Hoyt Morrison, Anderson, SC, and Arthur Morrison, Clarkesville, GA; and several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 13, 2010 at the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, GA with Rev. Raymond Payne and Rev. Leon Miller. Interment will follow in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, GA.
