Kenneth Bert Albers

KENNETH BERT ALBERS, age 73, of Cornelia, GA and formerly of Hollywood, FL, died Saturday, May 15, 2009 at the Habersham County Medical Center. Mr. Albers was born on February 24, 1936 in Davenport, Iowa to the late Ernest William and Norma Keppy Albers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Charmaine Nation. Mr. Albers was a United States Army veteran and was retired from Albers Appliance Service. Survivors include: his son and daughter-in-law: Scott and Jayne Albers, Cornelia, GA; his daughter and son-in-law: Lisa and Jimmy Bailey, Port St. Lucie, FL; his daughter: Amy Albers, Cleveland, GA; his sisters: Marilyn Wheatley and Barbara Gerow, both of Pennsylvania; Shirley Ullrich, Iowa; Loretta Patrick, New Hampshire; his brothers: Ray Albers, Iowa; Richard Albers, Florida; his grandchildren: Jonathan Bailey, Shane Carlton, and Trevor Carlton; the mother of his children: Deanna Baysinger, Cornelia, GA.
