Kathleen Burrell Campbell

KATHLEEN BURRELL CAMPBELL, age 88, of Cornelia, Georgia and formerly of Atlanta, Georgia, died Monday, March 3, 2008 at a private care facility. Mrs. Campbell was born on January 4, 1920 in Habersham County, Georgia to the late Robert Glenn and Effie Irene Trotter Burrell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Campbell, a son, Ben Bozardt, Jr., a sister, Carria Esterline, as well as brothers, G. B. Burrell, Hoyt Burrell, and Dewey Burrell. She was a member of the Level Grove Baptist Church and was a retired registered nurse with 30 years of service. Survivors include: her brother: Roscoe Burrell, Cornelia, GA; her sisters: Irene Rousey, Washington, GA; Peggy Gaston, Ormond Beach, FL; Eloise Smith, Gulf Breeze, FL; Melinda Lassiter, of both Tucker and Cornelia, GA. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 8, 2008 from the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, with Rev. Terry Rice officiating.
