Joseph Richard "Skip" Cibulski, age 68 of Demorest and formerly of Dahlonega, Georgia and Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on Monday, May 03, 2010 at his residence. Born in Duval County, Florida on December 04, 1941, Mr. Cibulski was an Insurance Investigator for many years in and around the Jacksonville area. He was preceded in death by his father, John Michael Cibulski. Survivors include his loving wife, Jeanne Carter, Demorest; daughter and son-in-law, Michele and Allen Rigdon, Altus, Oklahoma; son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Juliana Cibulski, Cumming, Georgia; daughter, Suzette Sumner, Jacksonville, Florida; mother, Floree Hathaway Napier, sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Michael Woleshin, all of Jacksonville, Florida; sister, Cathy C. Miller, Florida; and 8 grandchildren. Mr. Cibulski's wishes were to be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
