Jeannette Virginia Rudeseal

Jeannette Virginia Rudeseal, age 80, of Alto, Georgia passed away on Friday, May 23, 2014 following an extended illness. Mrs. Rudeseal was born September 26, 1933 in Habersham County to the late Floyd Everett Pittman and the late Aldie Jane Zimmerman. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Barnie Pittman. Mrs. Rudeseal was a member of B. C. Grant Baptist Church and AARP. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Rudeseal was a very loving and dedicated military wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a loving caregiver to her husband. The children all agree she was the world's greatest mom! Survivors include her husband, Charles Rudeseal, Alto, GA; daughter and son in law, Cynthia Jan and Scott Pierson, Panama City, FL; son and daughter in law, Jon Ira and Anne Rudeseal, Hampton, GA; sons, Elton Lanier Rudeseal, Alto, GA, Lynn Arthur Rudeseal, Alto, GA, Bret Eric Rudeseal, Locust Grove, GA; sister, Alaine Payne, Cornelia, GA; eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2014, at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel with Rev. Roy Rogers officiating. Interment will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday, May 26, 2014.
