Isabelle B. Oliver

Isabelle Parson Oliver, age 88, of Alto, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2016. Mrs. Oliver was born on July 9, 1928 in Dahlonega, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Boyd and Milda Dale Parson; husband, Ralph Oliver; sisters, Louise Thompson, Ruth Ward; brother, Harold Parson. Mrs. Oliver was a member of Calvary Cross Baptist Church. She was formerly employed with Fieldale Farms Processing Plant. Mrs. Oliver was loved by all. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Stefan Parnican, of Homer; daughter, Carolyn Gray, of Alto; sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and June Oliver, of Alto; Kenny and Linda Brown, of Bronson, FL; sisters and brothers-in-law, Ethelene and Herman Roberts, of Bronson, FL; Joyce and Cecil Parker, of Cornelia; Margaret and Tyris Oliver, of Clermont; brother, Hoyt Parson, of Alto; 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at Calvary Cross Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Orr and Rev. Jason Tanksley officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, December 19, 2016 at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, Georgia.
