Imogene Stewart Brock

Imogene Stewart Brock, age 88, of Baldwin, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, June 29, 2021. Mrs. Brock was born on May 24, 1933 in Banks County, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ezell Brock; mother, Nancy Stewart; uncle, Otha Lewallen; sisters, Maybelle Carpenter, Ethelene Irvin. She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church. Mrs. Brock was retired from Ethicon (Johnson and Johnson). She loved to spend time with her family, with her flowers, or crochet. Imogene was known to her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren as "Grandma" and "Nanny". Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Betty and Richard Nichols, of Baldwin; Marie and Roger DeFoor, of Carnesville; daughters, Judy Rhodes, of Baldwin; Tammie and Matt, of Carnesville; numerous beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 3, 2021 at the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel. Pastor Mike Thomas will officiate. Interment will follow at Leatherwood Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 2, 2021 at the funeral home.
