Ida Loutrelle Emmett Kesler

IDA LOUTRELLE EMMETT KESLER, age 91, died Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at her residence. Mrs. Kesler was born on Feb. 14, 1916 in Banks County to the late John B. and Ruby Guest Emmett. She was also preceded in death by her husband Guy Kesler and her brothers Giles, George, Wilton, and Baxter Emmett, her sisters Gladys Westmoreland and Betty Wester. Mrs. Kesler was a member of Damacus Baptist Church. She was retired from Orbit Manufacturing as an Inspector with 15 years service and retired from Blue Bell as an Inspector with 15 years service. Survivors include: daughters: Brenda Finley, Homer, GA, Bonnie Lacey, Toccoa, GA; sons: Randy Kesler, Homer, GA, Roger Kesler, Kernersville, N.C. Ralph Kesler, Homer, GA; sister: Johnnie Lee Dalton, Homer, GA, Novella Simmons, Baldwin, GA, June Chesser, Hiram, GA, Beatrice Roberts, Kennesaw, GA; 4 Grandchildren and 2 g-grandchildren. The funeral will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 17, 2007 at the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, GA with Rev. Roy Rogers, and Rev. Harold Ledford officiating. Burial will follow in Damacus Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 on Friday, November 16, 2007 at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, GA.
