GLENN G. GUNN, age 66 of Double Springs Road, Demorest, GA died Wednesday, July 09, 2008 at his residence. Mr. Gunn was born in Habersham County, GA on January 26, 1942 to the late George and Clara Miller Gunn. He was a member at the Double Springs Baptist Church and a retired carpenter. Survivors include wife, Mary London Gunn, Demorest; daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Larry Coleman, Stockbridge; son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Denise Gunn, Demorest; brother, Clarence Gunn, Clarkesville; three grandchildren, Candace Coleman, Bo Gunn, Harley Gunn. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 11, 2008 at the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, GA with Rev. Lamar Kastner and Rev. Kevin Burgess. Burial will follow in the Yonah Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, July 09, 2008 and 2-4, 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, July 10, 2008.
