Everage Brady

EVERAGE BRADY, age 60, of Baldwin, Georgia, died Saturday, December 29, 2007 at the V.A. Medical Center. Mr. Brady was born on April 19, 1947 in Banks County, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Sue Bennett Brady. Mr. Brady was a member of the Damascus Baptist Church. He was a United States Army veteran having served in the Vietnam Conflict. Mr. Brady was retired as a self-employed carpenter. Survivors include: his wife: Hazel Cook Brady, Baldwin, GA; his father, Boyce Brady, Baldwin, GA; his daughter and son-in-law: Krista Brady Heimberger and Ben Heimberger, Baldwin, GA; his son and daughter-in-law; Kevin and Janice Brady, Baldwin, GA; **his son: Leon Brady; his sister: Edna Palmer, Toccoa, GA; his brothers: Kenneth Brady, Gillsville, GA; Marvin Brady, Toccoa, GA; Edward Brady, Baldwin, GA; 3 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2008 from the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin with Rev. Danny O'Kelley and Rev. Devin O'Kelley officiating. Interment will follow in the Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday and from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday.
