Eula Mae Wheeler Price

EULA MAE WHEELER PRICE, age 90, of Demorest, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2011, following a brief illness. Mrs. Price was born in Rabun County, on September 17, 1921, to the late Andrew Harrison and Mary Collins Nation. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Jim Henry Wheeler and the widow of Hugh Edward Price, son, Howard Wheeler, five siblings, granddaughter, Sherrie McDuffie, grandson, Randy Cole. Mrs. Price was of the Holiness faith and enjoyed sewing, quilting and spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include daughter, Barbara Shook, Cornelia, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Maevrie and Wayne English, Demorest, GA and Patsy and Claude Roberts, Demorest, GA; sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmy and Diane Wheeler, Clayton, GA, Johnny and Colleen Wheeler, Demorest, GA, Chester and Debra Wheeler, Demorest, GA, and Clifford and Sandy Wheeler, Demorest, GA; sons, Henry Wheeler, Demorest, GA, and Donald Wheeler, Demorest, GA; sisters, Vinnie Ramey, Clarkesville, GA, Ethel Freeman, Cleveland, GA, Anna Bell Arrowood, Cleveland, GA Grace McAllium, Cleveland, GA, Lula Bell Powers, Cornelia, GA, and Nancy Poole, Maysville, GA; brother, Raburn Nation, Demorest, GA; 22 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 9, 2011, at the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, GA with Rev. Anthony Shore officiating. Interment will be in the Wheeler Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 8, 2011, from the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, Georgia.
