Eula Davis Adamson

EULA DAVIS ADAMSON, age 90, of Lula, GA passed away Sunday, June 7, 2009 following an extended illness. Born in Banks County, GA on November 19, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Coley Carpenter Davis. Mrs. Adamson was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her husband, Jesse W. Adamson, brothers, Clyde and Hoyt Davis, sisters, Azalea Preveligianos, and Winnie Murray. She attended Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Mrs. Adamson worked at East Hall High School in the education field as a bookkeeper for many years. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Ray and Sandy Adamson, Lula, GA; granddaughter, Amber Adamson, Lula, GA; several nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m., on Friday, June 12, 2009 at the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, GA with Rev. Drewery Loggins officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home at 12:30 until 2:15 on Friday, June 12, 2009.
