Eric Christopher Luther

Eric Christopher Luther, age 53, of Alto, Georgia passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2024.

Mr. Luther was born April 29, 1971 in Winter Haven, Florida. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharyn Auger. Eric had a talent for knife making, earning him the admiration of his friends and family but it was his humility, dedication, and attention to detail that made his work exceptional. A lover of music, Eric shared this joy with his family, often spending cherished hours playing alongside his son. He had an uncanny knack for movie trivia, an enduring passion for Star Wars, and an enthusiasm for Dungeons & Dragons, and loved his dog Bella. Above all, Eric was devoted to his family. He was an outstanding husband, a doting father, and a beloved son and brother.

Survivors include his loving wife, Sara Luther, of Alto; son, Corgan Luther; daughter, Adalyn Luther; son, Murphy Aycock; daughter, Lyla Aycock; father, Morris Luther, of Alto; brother and sister-in-law, Ryan and Chrissy Luther, of Lakeland, FL; and step-father, Paul Auger.

Memorial Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel. Mr. Everett Huffman will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. 1:45 p.m., Saturday, November 2, 2024, prior to the service.
