Elaine G. Wall

Elaine G. Wall, age 76, of Mt. Airy, Georgia, went home to be with The Lord and her husband, Frank, on Sunday, June 5, 2016. Come go with us, the best is yet to be. Mrs. Wall was born on June 21, 1939, in Sylacauga, Alabama, to the late William J. and Yvonne M. Trigg Garris. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Frank Wall and brother, William "Billy" Garris. Mrs. Wall retired from Ethicon with 23 years of loyal and dedicated service. She was a member of Christ Fellowship in Toccoa. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law: Connie and Gary Sanders, Mt. Airy, GA and Christina and Todd Alley, Cornelia, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Margaret Garris, Belle Fourche, South Dakota and James and Ruby Garris, Cleveland, GA; grandchildren: Tracy Giles, Travis Sanders, Christopher Cheek, and Heather West; three great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 12:30 pm on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, 245 Central Avenue, Demorest, Georgia, with Pastor Scott Collett and Rev. Mickey Umbehant officiating. Interment will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at the funeral home.
