Doug O'Neal

DOUG O'NEAL, age 48, of Homer, GA, died Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at his residence following a sudden illness. Mr. O'Neal was born on April 5, 1958 in Lake County, Florida. He was preceded in death by his mother Nancy O'Neal. Mr. O'Neal was a member of the Homer United Methodist Church. He was a paramedic and firefighter with the Banks County Fire and EMS. Survivors include: his father: Clinton C. O'Neal, Gainesville, GA; his sons: Clint O'Neal and Michael O'Neal both of Alto, GA; his brother: Adam O'Neal, Birmingham, AL; Special Friend: Cindi Cheek. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 19, 2007 from the Homer United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim McLendon officiating with full Fire Service Honors. The family will receive friends at the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, Georgia from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
